Refund policy

At Merrow, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@merrow.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us at hello@merrow.co to arrange an exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING
UK returns are free of charge. We will provide a prepaid return label via email upon request. International returns are the responsibility of the customer.
